I signed up at the Appleway Location, how do I manage my membership?

If you signed up for an Unlimited Wash Plan at our Appleway (formerly RPM Express) location, your membership is currently managed at the location while we continue to integrate their system with ours.

For now, any updates to your plan — such as changes to billing, vehicle information, or membership status — can be made by calling us at (208) 820-2077, online at - https://customer.metroexpresscarwash.com/manage-account,  or come by the wash location. The team will be happy to assist you with any questions or adjustments.

We truly appreciate your patience as we work to bring all Appleway memberships into the Metro Express system soon. Thank you for being a valued part of the Metro family!
