How do I manage my account?
You can log in with your mobile number or email that's associated with your membership at https://metroexpress.app.rinsed.co/portal. Once you've entered that information we'll send you a verification code.

If you didn't get the code, you can always select "Try a different method instead."

Then with the last name, last four digits of the card on file, and the Fast Pass number in your windshield you'll be able to log in.
