Why doesn't my gate open right away?
To make sure you’re getting the wash you pay for the system takes a moment to process and get your car in the queue. You’ll notice the delay more when the wash location is busier as our tools works to make sure you’re getting what you paid for.
We have invested in technology to make sure that the wash you pay for is the wash that you receive. If you're ever unsure you can check your receipt to verify what wash you paid for.
